been busy with work lately....

recently i discovered 2 interesting stocks:

1. Top Global Limited. A emerging and fast growing real estate developer.

2. Guocoleisure limited.

Apply what u learnt here to these two companies. Both are property related companies, so what should u look at? The second one has rallied, but i think it is still undervalued.
